CloudERP License Trimmer is designed to help organizations optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations licensing, while keeping customer business data within the customer's environment.
The solution may process limited information required for licensing analysis, including:
User names
Business email addresses
User identifiers
Security roles, duties, and privileges
License assignment information
User activity information relevant to licensing analysis
Customer transactional and business data remains within the customer's Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
CloudERP retains only limited licensing and operational metadata required to support product licensing, operation, and customer support. Such information is retained for up to 15 days unless a longer period is required by law.
Information is used solely to provide CloudERP License Trimmer functionality, product support, and licensing services.
Customers may request access to or deletion of CloudERP-retained metadata by contacting [email protected].
CloudERP applies appropriate technical and organizational safeguards and relies on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Azure security controls to help protect customer information.
